Instructional Impact, LLC is a special education coaching, consulting, parent advocacy, and teacher & school leader preparation agency. With a focus on ensuring equity in education for students with disabilities across educational organizations, we work in collaboration with school administrators, teachers, parents/guardians, and community stakeholders to develop knowledge and instructional practices for meeting the unique learning needs of students with disabilities.

As a licensed and experienced special education director, special education teacher, reading specialist, school principal, our founder and CEO, Dr. Navia Leverette, has advocated for student rights, coached teachers and school leaders, consulted and developed school based special education programs, and recruited and placed quality special education teachers within charter and traditional school districts for greater than 17 years. Additionally, Dr. Leverette has earned a master's degree in reading and writing from the University of the Cumberlands, a master's degree in school administration from the University of Scranton, and a Ph.D. in from the University of the Cumberlands.
